The base layer of any rubber wetpour surfacing system is formed using bound SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) granules to produce the absorbing qualities of wet pour. This means that the soft play surface can be installed in a variety of depths, according to CFHs (Critical Fall Heights). Once the base rubber layer has cured this is then topped with a 20mm layer of either black or coloured EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Modified) rubber crumbs.
Our 4mm to 10mm SBR rubber crumbs are supplied in handy to use 25kg bags.

Our SBR base rubber crumb is used to form the sub-base of the wetpour safety surfacing and will vary in thickness. The granules should be mixed with W4 Wetpour Resin at a rate of 2.5kg to 25kg of rubber. The rubber is supplied in easy to use 25Kg bags.
