We understand the importance of maintaining play spaces to a high standard to prevent potential injuries and to meet safety guidelines.

Our highly trained maintenance team have a wealth of knowledge and experience with all manufacturer’s equipment, as well as our own. We are able to identify and source the parts required, to get your play equipment up and running again. 

The majority of our customers are Parish Councils, Town Councils, Schools and  Leisure Facilities – however, we are happy to review inspection reports or pictures of any item requiring repairs, please simply email them to us at maintenance@onlineplaygrounds.co.uk where we will review and then call you further to discuss.

Our Maintenance services cover:

• Swing  Repairs – Replacing seats, chains, shackles, bushes and hangers etc

• Timber Repairs – Replacing decayed or broken timbers

• Rope Repairs – Individual rope repairs or full net replacement

• Surfacing Repairs – Providing patch or edge repairs in either Wetpour or Rubber mulch

• Gate Repairs – Replacing the gate springers, buffers or simply adjusting them

• Cableway  Repairs - Re-tensioning and replacing worn parts

• Multi Play Unit Repairs – Fitting cap & bolts, plus any tightening or sanding that may be required
