Horning Play Area

Extract as written by George Ryan in the Eastern Daily Press on Monday February 23, 2015, and photographs by Colin Galloway.
Villagers hail their new-look play area.
...”Local children were asked to design a poster announcing the new space, with the designer of best being invited to cut the ribbon at the weekend grand unveiling...Children from the school were also involved in choosing the equipment which includes a trim trail, a train, a cone climber, a rocker and a multi-climber for youngster. The final piece was put in place in December with funds from Love Norfolk and the Horning Boat Show.”
A shining and pleasing example that although funding can be a slow process, it is truly worth end result.
