Delivery

Please make sure that the delivery address you give is attended 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) so that delivery can be made. A signature will be required on delivery of most items. Before signing for a delivery, please ensure that you check all items in your order thoroughly for any visible signs of damage. Large and heavy items will be delivered on a pallet.

Spring base

The distances between the coils of the springs are so large there is no risk to children's fingers or feet. A foundation guard is supplied as standard on all single springs offering protection of all ground fixings.
